Quitting Blogger

This is a very cool platform, but Google has long abandoned it, and I mostly use it not just because of the freedom of customization and content, but also out of nostalgia for a time when Blogger was lively... Nowadays Google doesn’t even bother to index its own blogging platform on its own search engine, so they are probably pulling the plug on it at any moment.

However, that’s not the real reason I’m quitting Blogger. I’m leaving because Google is an awful company and I don’t want to create content for it anymore. Read my manifesto explaining how and why to quit Google and these other techno‑feudal lords taking control of our lives: Fuck Big Tech.

I’m working toward creating a new site, and when it’s ready I’ll link it here. Until then, enjoy the more than 4000 posts and the few pages already available on this Blogspot :)

Oh, all along that Bart GIF you can find in the sidebar was a link to a secret page telling more about this blog and its reason to exist.

Thank you for visiting. Cya.

Sex & Fury (1973)

Seven Samurai (1954)

A tried to post on Facebook this 2-minutes scene of a 200-minutes long movie that is more than 70 years old, and copyright holders blocked it lol.

The Seven Deadly Sins (1962) Anger

Seung Gue Lee (2020)

A Free Ride (1915)

Absolute Cinema! I don't know why people were wasting time watching that absolute crap Birth of a Nation in 1915. Had they watched this movie instead, we'd have had a way better world today.

Case for a Rookie Hangman (1970)

Restore Point (2023)
